We oversee outside plant construction from the first route walk to the final as-built. That means coordinating the drilling and underground crews, conduit and handhole placement, fiber pulling and aerial work so each phase is ready for the next.
Every build is held to its timeline, its budget and local and state permitting requirements, with engineering teams, municipalities and subcontractors kept in the loop the whole way.
